We are looking for a Junior Marketing Copywriter to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. Our company is deeply rooted in the world of video games and pop culture, and we focus on celebrating iconic franchises through creative storytelling. You will work alongside our marketing team to develop messaging that speaks directly to fans, helping us bring our brand history to life while supporting new product launches. If you have a passion for retro gaming and a talent for crafting persuasive narratives, we would love to have you on board.
Responsibilities
- Produce and refine written content for a variety of formats, including retro game manuals, website copy, email campaigns, and physical product packaging.
- Conduct thorough research into franchise history and product features to ensure our messaging is accurate, engaging, and authentic to our brand voice.
- Collaborate with our design and cross-functional teams to align your writing with visual assets and overarching campaign goals.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Between 2 and 4 years of professional copywriting experience, ideally within the entertainment, licensing, or creative agency sectors.
- A strong portfolio that showcases your exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- A deep understanding of pop culture trends and the licensing landscape, combined with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
