About the Role
We are hiring a Junior Marketing Analyst for a full-time, on-site position. In this role, you will act as a key partner in our marketing department, where you will gather and interpret data to uncover market trends. Your contributions will directly influence our marketing strategies and help us refine our approach to customer acquisition and retention through data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis by querying databases and utilizing visualization tools to present actionable findings to our stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines and workflows to improve the efficiency of our data collection and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify their specific analytical needs and deliver solutions that support our broader business goals.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, we look for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a field such as Marketing, Business, or Statistics.
- Demonstrated experience in an analytical role.
- Technical proficiency in essential tools including SQL, Tableau, and Excel.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
