Key outcomes
- Produce original graphic design concepts, layouts, and visual elements that communicate clearly to our target audience across multiple channels.
- Design and deliver weekly assets for EDM campaigns, the ecommerce website, social media platforms, and digital advertisements from initial concept through to final files.
- Apply brand guidelines consistently when selecting colours, imagery, typography, and layout for all creative work.
- Edit, retouch, and resize images quickly and accurately to meet production deadlines.
- Collaborate with the social media team to develop innovative, design-led assets that strengthen campaign storytelling.
- Write clear, on-brand copy for EDMs and digital ads that supports marketing objectives.
- Present drafts and ideas to managers and cross-functional stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine final deliverables.
- Support the art direction of seasonal and campaign initiatives under the guidance of senior creatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a closely related field.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and a developed aesthetic sensibility.
- Interest in and understanding of contemporary fashion trends.
- Ability to work independently while following direction on graphic concepts and brand standards.
- Excellent written English for creating marketing copy.
- Availability to work full-time in a fully remote capacity.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous professional graphic design experience.
- Demonstrated ability to write compelling copy for digital platforms.
