The opportunity
We are looking for a Junior Commercial Analyst who will turn curiosity into growth. In this full-time hybrid role you will help shape the way we reach new customers, test fresh ideas every week, and measure what actually moves the business forward. Your work will sit at the center of our marketing engine, giving you a front-row seat to how a startup scales with creativity and discipline.
A day in the life
- You will plan and run acquisition campaigns across SEO, paid traffic, email sequences, and retargeting, then watch how each channel performs in real time.
- You will set up A/B tests, track conversion funnels, and dig into the numbers to decide what to double down on or retire.
- You will explore scrappy growth tactics, from light automation to new lead sources, and turn those experiments into repeatable plays that lift revenue.
Who you are
You have already built something on your own, whether it was a website, a small side project, or a campaign you funded yourself. Numbers feel natural to you, and you enjoy turning raw data into clear stories that guide decisions. You write with clarity, you pick up new tools quickly, and you are comfortable switching between Spanish and English when the work calls for it. A growth-hacker mindset, an appetite for testing unconventional ideas, and a genuine interest in how marketing drives sales are more important to us than years of prior experience.
