We are currently looking for a motivated Jr. Web Designer to join our team in a full-time capacity. Based in Newport Beach, Fletcher Jones Management West represents the nation's top Mercedes-Benz and Audi dealerships. We support our Business Development Center within the Marketing Department, and we need a detail-oriented professional who is ready to grow within a fast-paced, high-end automotive environment. You will work with industry-leading luxury brands including Porsche and Toyota, utilizing state-of-the-art tools to maintain our digital presence.
Responsibilities
- Help build new website pages while keeping our existing platforms updated.
- Participate in coding, testing, and refining design elements.
- Focus on the maintenance, expansion, and scaling of our current web infrastructure to ensure it reflects our latest promotions.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience working with HTML and CSS.
- Practical familiarity with the WordPress platform.
- A solid understanding of responsive web design and principles of web performance.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO processes is considered a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in Photoshop or Canva is also a plus for this role.
What we offer

As part of our team, you will benefit from a hybrid work arrangement, which becomes available once you have demonstrated your ability to excel in the role after an initial 90-day period.
