The opportunity

We are looking for a Japanese Marketing Specialist to join our international team. This is a full-time, remote position that offers you the freedom to work from anywhere, provided you can sync with our team during Central European working hours. You will play a vital role in shaping our brand presence in the Japanese market, helping us research new opportunities, monitor our reputation, and bring creative campaigns to life.

A day in the life

• You will keep our website fresh and functional by managing content updates through our CMS.
• You will take charge of our online reputation and community management, engaging with our audience on platforms like X and monitoring brand mentions across the web.
• You will collaborate closely with your colleagues to brainstorm campaign strategies, research competitors, and analyze performance data to drive future growth.

Who you are

We are looking for someone who is passionate about marketing and eager to grow with us. You should be a native Japanese speaker with a strong grasp of English, and you must have at least one year of professional marketing experience under your belt. To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable with the following:

• Proficiency in Japanese at the N1 level and English at the B2 level.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms like WordPress.
• A solid understanding of SEO principles and social media marketing.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools such as GA4.
• A creative mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects with great attention to detail.
