What you bring

We are looking for a mid-level IT Specialist to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis in Israel. In this role you will serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance, perform remote troubleshooting, and determine the best solutions for end-user issues. You will also install, configure, and maintain operating systems and application software while ensuring systems and infrastructure remain highly available. Three key responsibilities include managing ISO 27002 security audits and recommendations, developing and maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity systems, and monitoring network performance to ensure reliability. This position is based in Israel.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings two to five years of hands-on experience as an IT technician along with solid computer training. You are proficient with Windows 10, Office 2016, and Office 365, and you have good working knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu) user space and Active Directory. Familiarity with Cisco equipment is an asset, as are Microsoft or Cisco certifications. You communicate clearly in spoken and written English, manage multiple projects while prioritizing tasks, and demonstrate excellent problem-solving and customer-service skills.
