The opportunity
We are looking for an ISV Marketing Manager to join our Marketing and Portfolio team. This is a unique role where you will act as a bridge between our company and the independent software vendors who rely on our expertise. Your primary goal is to position us as the preferred partner for ISVs offering solutions for Dynamics 365. You will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing plans that drive real results, manage joint promotional campaigns, and ensure our brand remains consistent across all initiatives. While this position is currently temporary, there is a clear option for permanent employment for the right candidate. We are ideally looking for someone based near Munich, Leusden, or Vilnius, though we embrace a remote work culture.
A day in the life
- You will manage our solution marketplace website by implementing effective SEO strategies, driving traffic, and constantly enhancing platform features to improve the user experience.
- You will create and implement comprehensive annual marketing plans for our ISV partners, ensuring that every strategy is perfectly aligned with their unique business goals.
- You will organize and lead impactful webinars, online events, and campaigns that foster knowledge sharing and valuable networking opportunities across our global partner community.
Who you are
You are a creative thinker who balances your ideas with a data-driven approach. You have a solid background in marketing, ideally within the software or technology sector, and you understand how the ISV ecosystem and software distribution channels function. You are comfortable working in an international environment and possess the project management skills needed to align virtual teams.
Your qualifications include:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with an MBA or comparable degree being highly valued.
- At least two years of relevant marketing experience, with a specific preference for those who have worked within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner ecosystem.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, allowing you to collaborate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- A result-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to self-development and partner success.
