Leonardo.Ai is an Australian startup founded in 2022 that has quickly grown to support tens of millions of users with our generative AI platform. We are looking for a Mid-Level iOS Engineer to join our Native Tribe, where you will help build and refine our mobile-first applications for a global audience.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of small to medium-sized projects, delivering features from initial design through to final implementation.
- Collaborate with product, design, and API teams to build intuitive, high-performance mobile experiences.
- Write clean, reliable code using Swift and SwiftUI while utilizing structured concurrency.
- Maintain high standards for quality through effective code reviews and practical, targeted testing.
- Manage production releases and participate in monitoring and incident resolution to ensure app reliability.
- Experiment with and integrate cutting-edge AI tools to improve our development workflows and product features.
Must-haves
- Proven experience shipping iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI, and structured concurrency.
- Familiarity with GraphQL, XCTest, and Swift Package Manager.
- A pragmatic approach to solving technical problems that balances speed with long-term maintainability.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset that fosters trust across cross-functional teams.
- A proactive attitude toward continuous learning, process improvement, and knowledge sharing.
- Fluency in English.
