What you bring

We are seeking a Senior International Marketing Manager to join us on a full-time basis. This role is hybrid and can be performed from anywhere. You will be responsible for driving our global expansion through high-impact field marketing initiatives. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Designing and executing targeted, executive-focused events such as roundtables and networking sessions to enhance brand awareness and pipeline growth.
• Partnering closely with international sales teams to identify key accounts and ensure our marketing efforts directly support revenue goals.
• Managing the entire event lifecycle, from initial strategy and budget allocation to on-site logistics and post-event performance analysis.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with at least five years of experience in enterprise field marketing, preferably within the B2B technology sector. You should possess a strong command of Salesforce, marketing automation, and project management tools. We value individuals who are detail-oriented, comfortable with budget management, and capable of analyzing complex data to measure ROI. Proficiency in English is required, and experience with international markets like APAC, Europe, or Japan is highly desirable. You must be comfortable with up to 25% global travel and demonstrate a collaborative spirit that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
