The role

We are looking for a savvy Internal Communications Manager to join our marketing organization on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position that operates in a remote capacity. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Internal Communications and play a vital role in shaping how we share our story with our global team. We need a versatile professional who is ready to tackle complex projects, think quickly, and collaborate effectively with executives across our key business units.

Core responsibilities

• Execute global campaigns and engagement initiatives by utilizing creative storytelling through written, visual, and live event formats.
• Provide strategic messaging and positioning guidance to stakeholders, ensuring that all internal communications are clear, aligned with our goals, and provide necessary context.
• Manage and support high-profile company gatherings, such as quarterly All Hands meetings and annual kickoffs, while maintaining our internal intranet content and assessing the effectiveness of our communication channels.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in strategic communications and project management. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate the following:

• Extensive experience in writing and editing, with a proven ability to lead technical communication programs.
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with the confidence to build relationships and work closely with executive leadership.
• A curious, problem-solving mindset that allows you to develop innovative solutions and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and a demonstrated ability to operate with a high degree of independence.

Compensation and benefits

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $99,250 to $134,250 USD. Individual pay is determined based on your unique skills, qualifications, and location. In addition to base compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
