Swoogo is seeking a diligent, driven marketing research intern to pioneer our account-based marketing programs. You’re a self-starter and critical thinker who deeply understands the significance of using data to identify audiences and craft targeted marketing deliverables.
You’ll play a pivotal role in building and enriching our account lists— the backbone of our marketing and sales campaigns. Your meticulous company research will fuel our outbound email cadences and inform our messaging across a variety of digital marketing channels. Off the web, you’ll see your work come to life in the form of data-backed events and gifting strategies.
Responsibilities
- Undertake the tactical groundwork necessary to lay a strong foundation for our account-based marketing efforts.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify companies that align with Swoogo’s ideal customer profile.
- Compile and continuously update account lists to steer integrated marketing and sales initiatives.
- Gather and enrich account data with up-to-date contact details for targeted outreach efforts.
- Use refined account lists to enhance gifting strategies and manage invitations for upscale in-person events.
- Assimilate research data to underpin and guide the precision of tailored marketing messages.
Requirements
- Passion for research and analytics with an eye for detail.
- Eagerness to engage in both strategic thinking and tactical, hands-on tasks.
- An understanding of the impact of precise account research on effective messaging.
- Comfortable with data-driven tasks and have a propensity for accuracy.
- Must possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prior experience in marketing, research, or related fields is a plus but not required.
