Role at a glance

We are looking for an Intermediate UI Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position based in the United Kingdom, operating under a hybrid work model that balances collaborative office time with focused remote work.

Your impact

• Develop and refine our visual language by creating high-fidelity mock-ups, iconography, and UI illustrations that bring clarity to our products.
• Expand and document our design system, ensuring that all new components are consistent, functional, and meet strict accessibility standards like WCAG and WAI-ARIA.
• Collaborate across teams with product managers and engineers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, aesthetically vibrant interfaces for web, desktop, and mobile platforms.

What you'll need

We are seeking a designer with a clean, strong visual aesthetic and a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to ship high-quality products. You should be fluent in English and possess the following qualifications:

• 3 to 4 years of professional experience in visual or UI design for digital applications.
• Expertise in industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• A deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with design systems and component libraries is highly valued, as is a background in motion design.
