We are currently seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join our team in Australia, where you will help us craft inspiring environments for some of the world's most prominent organizations.

Key outcomes

• Develop bespoke design solutions that align with the strategic goals of our clients.
• Manage the production of interior design packages, including the selection of finishes, materials, and joinery.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout every stage of the design process.
• Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with our clients.
• Work closely with our delivery teams to ensure all designs are executed within the project budget.
• Assist senior leadership with project briefs and studio initiatives to elevate our design standards.
• Foster a culture of cross-disciplinary collaboration across our various regions and studios.
• Maintain a high level of technical expertise by staying informed on current market trends and design innovations.

Requirements

• A tertiary qualification in a design-related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in the commercial or workplace design sector.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and other essential design software.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to present and interact directly with clients.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting demanding deadlines.
• Fluency in English.
