What you'll be doing
- You will craft bespoke design solutions that directly align with our clients' strategic goals and business objectives.
- You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of interior design packages, which includes selecting materials, finishes, and joinery details.
- You will manage client relationships and maintain clear communication throughout the design process, while collaborating with our delivery teams to ensure projects remain on budget.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in commercial or workplace design and a passion for creating unique, high-impact spaces. We are looking for the following qualifications and skills:
- A tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in a design-related field.
- Proven expertise in commercial or workplace design, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and other essential design tools.
- Confidence in client-facing situations and a natural ability to build professional relationships.
- Fluency in English to effectively collaborate across our global studios and regions.
