The opportunity

As a Senior Intelligence Specialist, you will play a central role in shaping how we respond to the competitive environment. This is not a traditional research position. We need someone who can look beyond surface-level signals to connect disparate dots and generate actionable, high-impact intelligence. You will act as a strategic partner to our business and product teams, ensuring that our decision-makers are always equipped with the most relevant and timely information. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires you to be based in Israel, with a weekly schedule split between our Jerusalem and Tel Aviv offices.

A day in the life

• You will analyze the evolving landscape of the autonomous vehicle and mobility ecosystem to identify critical developments in technology and emerging market players.
• You will gather high-value information from a variety of sources, including informal market signals, industry events, and direct conversations.
• You will synthesize fragmented or ambiguous data into concise, strategic briefs that provide clear guidance for our leadership team.

Who you are

You are an experienced professional with a deep passion for investigative work and a keen eye for detail. You thrive in fast-changing environments where you must balance independent work with cross-functional collaboration. Your background includes:

• At least 5 years of experience in an intelligence-focused role within the military, government, consulting, or the private sector.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interpret nuance and present complex insights with clarity and discretion.
• Fluency in both English and Hebrew, with additional languages considered a plus.
• A high level of professionalism, especially when handling sensitive information in high-trust settings.
• Technical proficiency, including experience using Large Language Models for research and synthesis, which is considered an advantage.
• A willingness to travel occasionally, typically about once per month.
