About the Role

We are seeking an Integrated Marketing Specialist to join our demand generation team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level role that offers significant exposure to global marketing initiatives. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you will learn from seasoned professionals while making a tangible impact on our company's growth. This position is based in the United States and operates on a hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute a wide range of lead generation events, including local field gatherings, webinars, and major industry trade shows, while managing all logistics from venue selection to collateral distribution.
• Provide hands-on support for demand generation campaigns by deploying paid advertising, email outreach, and social media tactics, while monitoring lead progression through Salesforce to ensure timely sales follow-up.
• Act as a primary liaison between the marketing, sales, and product teams to maintain global campaign calendars, align messaging, and use data-driven insights to optimize future marketing performance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the SaaS industry, with a focus on event management and demand generation.
• Strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tactics and a strong preference for candidates with hands-on experience using HubSpot and Salesforce.
• A willingness to travel for events approximately once or twice per quarter.
