We specialize in creating white-label insurance solutions through our proprietary Play&Plug technology platform, serving over 80 partners across 32 countries. With revenue exceeding €900 million in 2023, we are a mission-driven company dedicated to making insurance transparent and impactful. We are currently looking for a motivated Insurance Marketing Intern to join our Marketing Office and support our business development efforts across Europe.
What you'll be doing
- You will conduct market research, competitive benchmarks, and client surveys to identify new growth opportunities, emerging trends, and potential insurance guarantees.
- You will assist our sales teams by profiling prospects, maintaining accurate data within our CRM, and monitoring key marketing performance indicators across our digital channels.
- You will contribute to our operational marketing strategy by organizing internal events, supporting the creation of partner newsletters, and preparing materials for industry awards and professional conferences.
What you'll bring
We are looking for a student from a business school or a similar background who has already completed at least six months of experience in marketing, ideally within a B2B or B2B2C environment. Experience in the insurance sector or within an international startup is a significant advantage.
Your core skills and qualifications include:
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong analytical skills combined with a curious and agile approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in using marketing intelligence tools, research methods, and artificial intelligence.
- Fluency in both French and English, as these are essential for our daily operations.

- A follow-up discussion with our Head of Marketing Intelligence and our Head of Operational Marketing.
