What is this role?
We are searching for a Junior Inside Sales Representative to join us on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in our Budapest office. You will sit within our marketing department while working in close partnership with our global sales team to manage inbound interest and drive revenue. This role is designed for someone eager to launch a career in B2B software sales, offering a clear professional path that eventually transitions into our sales department.
What will you do?
- Take ownership of incoming leads from both new and existing customers to help drive our regional sales goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to manage customer expectations during software evaluations and facilitate regular success check-ins.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, generate performance reports, and assist in managing small to medium-sized accounts.

You are a proactive communicator who is comfortable building relationships with everyone from independent consultants to large enterprise clients. You should be highly organized, diligent with administrative tasks, and ambitious about developing your career in sales. We are looking for someone who brings the following:
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience or confidence working with Salesforce practices and guidelines.
- A talent for data analysis, allowing you to review portfolio performance and suggest actionable improvements.
- The ability to map out complex decision-making processes within client organizations.
- A genuine interest in mastering enterprise software sales processes.
