The role

We are looking for a Senior Inside Sales Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in India. This is a leadership position designed for a dynamic professional who is ready to drive our sales strategy forward while mentoring a growing team of sales representatives.

Core responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and provide ongoing supervision for our inside sales team members to ensure they meet our high standards for service and performance.
• Partner closely with our marketing department to optimize lead generation, strategize on market capture, and execute promotional campaigns that maintain our brand consistency.
• Analyze sales data, maintain accurate records of lead conversion, and prepare detailed sales forecasts to support our company leadership in making informed business decisions.
