In this hybrid role, you will act as the vital link between our sales representatives and potential clients. Your work will directly support our business development efforts by managing essential documentation, coordinating schedules, and ensuring our sales pipeline remains organized and efficient. Key outcomes
- Execute proactive outreach campaigns through phone, email, and digital channels to qualify new leads.
- Manage the scheduling of introductory and follow-up meetings, ensuring clear communication of objectives to all parties.
- Attend sales meetings to capture detailed notes, track key discussion points, and record actionable next steps.
- Prepare and manage sales documentation, including proposals, quotes, and change orders, while coordinating with our engineering, finance, and operations departments.
- Maintain high data integrity within our CRM platforms to ensure all prospect information is accurate and actionable.
- Nurture prospects through the sales funnel with consistent follow-up communication.
- Analyze sales performance by generating reports on lead conversion rates and pipeline status, providing insights to improve team efficiency.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of professional experience.
- Two to five years of experience working in an inside sales or sales development capacity.
- Demonstrated success in coordinating and scheduling sales meetings.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in managing CRM platforms and using Google Suite tools like Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Experience with collaboration software such as Zoom and Slack.
- Practical knowledge of sales documentation processes, specifically regarding proposals and change orders.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience working within the aerospace, defense, or technology sectors.
- A background in a fast-paced sales environment or a high-growth startup.
