What you bring

We are looking for a student to join our team as an Innovation & Design Intern on an internship basis. In this on-site role in the Netherlands, you will work with our design, product development, and innovation teams, using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and 3D software. You will contribute to real projects that combine creativity with commercial impact.

• Participate in product and concept development from initial sketches through to prototypes.
• Support business model innovation by exploring new product and market combinations.
• Translate consumer trends, aesthetics, and lifestyle insights into tangible product ideas.

This position is based in the Netherlands.

Requirements

We seek a creative thinker with a strong sense of aesthetics, trends, and changing consumer behavior. You should have a background in design, product development, or creative technology, for example from institutions such as Design Academy Eindhoven, Willem de Kooning Rotterdam, TU Delft, TU Eindhoven, or similar creative and technical academies. Experience with creative software like Photoshop, Illustrator, and 3D tools is considered an advantage. We value an entrepreneurial mindset, a practical approach, and a focus on delivering real value. An active graduation trajectory is not required. Proficiency in English is essential.
