The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be the backbone of our technical operations, designing and managing the cloud infrastructure that powers our AI-driven solutions. You will work closely with our product teams to ensure our systems are secure, scalable, and highly maintainable. This is a unique chance to influence our architectural patterns while building the tools that empower our entire engineering organization to move faster and more efficiently.

A day in the life

• You will design and implement robust cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code, ensuring that our systems are built for long-term scalability and security.
• You will take ownership of our CI/CD pipelines, refining our testing frameworks and ephemeral environments to ensure our developers can iterate with speed and confidence.
• You will drive our observability strategy by implementing comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and tracing through Datadog to maintain peak performance across all our services.

Who you are

You are a seasoned engineer who thrives in a collaborative, hybrid environment. You communicate clearly in English and have a deep technical background that allows you to mentor others while staying hands-on with the code. Your background includes:

• At least 3 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 1 year specifically focused on DevOps or managing cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Strong proficiency with Python 3, Postgres, and NoSQL databases like DynamoDB.
• Deep familiarity with containerized workflows using Docker and serverless architectures including Lambda and Step Functions.
• Experience managing infrastructure via GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• A passion for staying current with emerging technologies and a desire to contribute to a culture of operational excellence.
