Influencer Marketing Manager at BRAINEFFECT

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to join our international team and help us establish our brand presence within the French market.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative influencer strategies that support our broader business and marketing goals.
• Find and onboard French influencers who truly resonate with our brand values and target audience.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with influencers to ensure successful campaign outcomes.
• Work closely with our PR, social media, and content teams to create cohesive marketing initiatives.
• Oversee content calendars and ensure all deliverables align with our brand messaging.
• Track campaign performance through data analysis and provide insights to improve future results.
• Keep up with the latest trends and platform changes within the French influencer landscape.
• Handle contract negotiations and budget management for all influencer partnerships.
• Represent the brand to ensure all partner content meets our quality and value standards.

Must-haves

• A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of professional experience specifically in the French influencer marketing space.
• Deep knowledge of influencer ecosystems on platforms like Twitch, YouTube, and Instagram.
• A proven history of managing successful campaigns that delivered measurable results.
• An existing network of contacts within the French influencer community.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting professional relationships.
• A data-driven approach to evaluating metrics and turning them into actionable strategies.
• Fluency in both French and English, both spoken and written.
• The ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
