Fanatee is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Intern to join our growing Marketing and Business Development team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the exciting field of influencer marketing and gaming. As an intern, you will work closely with our marketing team to execute influencer marketing strategies and contribute to the overall success of our games.
Main responsibilities
- Influencer Identification: Collaborate with the marketing team to identify potential influencers who align with our games and target audience.
- Influencer Recruitment: Actively search for and recruit new influencers globally.
- Campaign Coordination: Assist in the coordination and execution of influencer marketing campaigns. This includes communicating with influencers, managing content creation, and ensuring timely delivery of campaign assets.
- Campaign Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer marketing campaigns. Use data and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and provide recommendations for optimization.
Skill requirements
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with influencers and internal team members. Self-discipline and determination to execute goals are important.
- Creativity: A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box are crucial for developing engaging content and unique influencer marketing strategies.
- Organizational Skills: As an intern, you should be highly organized with strong attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Ability to use hard data to back up assumptions
- Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with popular social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc., and an understanding of social media trends is preferred.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to work 6 hours per day & 30 hours per week
- Advanced Portuguese and English High level of influence
- Team player with the ability to work and deliver results in a collaborative environment
- A positive attitude to take on new challenges and adapt to dynamic environments
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Office (pivot tables, vlook up, charts, etc.)
- Enrolled in at a minimum a Bachelor’s Degree
