The role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Director to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United Kingdom. This is a senior-level leadership position designed for a strategic thinker who understands the intersection of culture, technology, and influencer dynamics. You will be responsible for building and scaling our influencer programs to drive measurable growth and brand impact on a global scale.

Core responsibilities

• Develop and execute a scalable, ROI-focused influencer marketing strategy that delivers consistent business results across all our regions.
• Lead and inspire a global team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and innovation while setting clear KPIs.
• Manage a strategic product seeding program to ensure our latest technology reaches key cultural leaders and trendsetters for maximum organic visibility.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of internet culture and social media trends, paired with the following qualifications:

• Extensive experience in influencer and culture marketing, ideally within the consumer electronics or technology sectors.
• Strong proficiency in marketing analytics and data analysis, with the ability to turn complex metrics into actionable business strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven history of building lasting relationships with influencers and cultural figures.
• A results-oriented mindset focused on achieving specific KPIs, including ROI and customer acquisition costs.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a Master’s degree considered a plus.
