Quad Lock is a rapidly growing, Melbourne-based company that transformed the smartphone mounting industry with our patented, case-based systems for cycling, motorcycling, driving, and more. We are looking for a Senior Influencer and Partnerships Specialist to join our collaborative team on a full-time, hybrid basis in Australia to help elevate our global influencer program.
Responsibilities
- Identify and vet potential organic and paid partners across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube who align with our brand values.
- Collaborate with our social media and performance teams to plan and execute strategic influencer campaigns.
- Manage the end-to-end partnership process, including drafting agreements, defining deliverables, and coordinating product gifting.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and ensure we meet our reach, engagement, and ROI targets.
- Oversee our influencer marketing budget and manage paid partnerships through platforms like Klear and StatusBrew.
- Support the broader social media team and assist with cross-functional projects as needed.
Must-haves
- Proven experience in marketing, specifically within social media, influencer management, or paid media.
- Expertise in managing international partnerships, including briefing creators and executing campaigns.
- Strong proficiency with social media platforms and management software such as Klear, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to build lasting relationships with creators.
- A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Fluency in English.
