About the Role 🤔

We're on the lookout for an Influencer and Partnerships Specialist who will be a key player in taking our influencer program to the next level.

In this role, you'll work closely with the social media, performance, and sports marketing teams to develop and execute influencer and paid branded content campaigns that align with our brand’s goals and values.

Success in this position requires a deep understanding of influencer marketing, social media, and branded content best practices, as well as the ability to seek and act on paid opportunities and measure and report on campaign effectiveness.

As a key member of our small, collaborative team, we're looking for someone adaptable, ready to take on a variety of tasks, and eager to contribute to our collective success.

What You'll be Doing 🤝

Research and identify potential organic and paid partnership opportunities with influencers and content creators who align with Quad Lock’s customers & brand values across Instagram, TikTok and Youtube

Collaborate with the Performance and Social Media teams to brainstorm, plan, brief and execute strategic influencer-branded content to drive results

Build and nurture positive relationships with new and existing influencers, content creators & brand partners including writing influencer agreements, and ensuring terms and deliverables are clearly defined and executed

Work closely with influencers and content creators to create high-quality, authentic content that resonates with the target audience

Directly engage with key partners to coordinate product gifting and training; taking full ownership of the process to ensure that influencers adhere to established guidelines and use the products appropriately

Manage the end-to-end process of sending product samples to all influencers and partners

Monitor and analyse the performance of influencer-branded content and paid partnership campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to the wider marketing team

Manage a substantial influencer marketing budget efficiently, ensuring campaigns are meeting targets for reach, engagement and delivering ROI

Ensure influencer content is seamlessly integrated into the ad structure and brief the in-house content team to develop engaging and creative content utilising influencer deliverables

Provide support across the social media team and related projects as needed, with cross-training in key tasks to step in when required

Manage paid partnerships on the Klear Influencer platform, taking ownership and leading processes while maintaining communication for both paid and organic partnerships on StatusBrew

What You'll Bring ✨

Previous marketing experience, with a proven track record of working in social media with promoted content, influencers or paid media

Experience working with influencers and managing international partnerships including briefing, agreements, and campaign execution

Strong knowledge of social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Youtube

Proficiency in social media management software (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Klear, Later, Meta Brands Collab Manager, and affiliate marketing)

Ability to analyse campaign data and apply insights to future campaigns

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Team player with strong collaboration skills

Knowledge of industry regulations and standards

Excellent project management and organisational capabilities

Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects

Proactive, with an innovative mindset and a willingness to experiment and challenge the status quo

Ability to adapt and learn quickly

The ability to create and edit content is a plus

Interest in Quad Lock’s core categories (Moto, Cycle, Drive) is a plus

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
