We are currently looking for a German-speaking Inbound Sales Development Representative to join us in our Barcelona office.

Key outcomes

  • Develop and execute a repeatable inbound sales process, managing leads from the initial touchpoint through to qualification.
  • Engage with prospective customers to understand their integration challenges and effectively position our solutions.
  • Plan and launch creative sales campaigns using a mix of email and phone outreach to drive lead generation.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to transition qualified leads and improve overall pipeline conversion rates.
  • Meet monthly quotas for sourced opportunities while adhering to established service level agreements.
  • Provide an exceptional first impression of our brand to all prospects and guide them through the early stages of the sales cycle.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment to ensure we meet our collective sales objectives.

Requirements

  • Full professional proficiency in both English and German.
  • A strong desire to build a career within the technology sales sector.
  • A high-energy approach and a consistently positive attitude.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international work environment.
  • Typically up to one year of relevant professional experience.

Preferred qualifications

  • Prior experience working in a sales role.
  • Familiarity with modern sales tools and industry best practices.

Compensation

This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring you to work from our Barcelona office at least three days per week, with the flexibility to work from home for the remaining two days. Payroll and comprehensive benefits are managed through Globalization Partners.
