With a presence spanning thousands of locations in the United States and over 100,000 sites across 50 countries, we are dedicated to helping immigrants improve their lives through high-quality financial support. We are currently looking for a Senior In-Country Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This role is vital to our mission, as you will focus on expanding our reach and strengthening our brand presence across Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, and Nicaragua.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strategic alliances with new and existing correspondent payer partners to expand our network throughout Central America.
- Conduct thorough market research to track corridor trends, competitor activity, and regulatory shifts, using these insights to shape our marketing strategies.
- Execute local marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns, including the physical branding of rural agent locations to boost our visibility.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field of study.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- At least 7 years of professional experience within the money transfer or related financial services sector.
- Deep familiarity with the Central American market and its unique cultural nuances.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, paired with a willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
