What you bring

We are looking for a Senior HubSpot Administrator to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Mexico. You will be instrumental in supporting our demand generation efforts by managing, scaling, and optimizing our marketing automation platform. Your expertise in marketing operations and data management will ensure our systems remain efficient and innovative as we scale.

• Administer and maintain the HubSpot platform, including the development of complex workflows, lead scoring, and segmentation strategies.
• Design and execute automated marketing campaigns while maintaining brand standards across all templates and landing pages.
• Manage data integrity and provide actionable insights through advanced reporting and dashboard creation.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in marketing operations and a deep technical understanding of the HubSpot ecosystem. We require at least three years of relevant experience and a proven ability to drive business impact through analytics. You must be highly proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, as these tools are essential for your daily data management tasks. Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are vital.
