About the Role
We are seeking a Healthcare Business Development Manager for a full-time position. In this senior-level role, you will take ownership of expanding and managing client relationships to ensure our continued success within the post-acute healthcare industry. You will be responsible for promoting our innovative solutions and ensuring that our clients receive maximum value from our services while making a meaningful impact on patient care across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key healthcare stakeholders, including nursing home administrators, physicians, social workers, and public health agencies.
- Create and implement strategic plans to increase the adoption of our staffing solutions and drive overall business growth within your assigned territory.
- Utilize CRM software to track client interactions, monitor sales performance, and provide data-driven insights to our leadership team to help shape future market strategies.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in account management or customer success, with a minimum of 2 years specifically within the post-acute healthcare or staffing sector.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A proven ability to build rapport with healthcare decision-makers and a comfort level with training clients on software solutions.
- Experience working in a SaaS environment is considered a significant advantage.
Location
This position is based in Tacoma, WA, and requires an on-site presence.
