We are now looking for an ambitious commercial leader to help us scale our Americas Strategic Partnerships business and cement our position as the market leader in a massive, growing industry.
Role at a glance
We are seeking an Executive to serve as our Head of Strategic Partnerships, Americas. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in New York City, where you will be expected to work from our office at least four days per week. You will report directly to our Global Head of Marketing Partnerships in Berlin and play a pivotal role in our regional growth strategy.
Your impact
- Develop and execute a comprehensive three-year strategy to scale our Americas partnerships, aiming for 10x growth and significant market share in the travel sector.
- Build and lead a world-class team, overseeing all sales and account management functions while fostering a culture of high performance and professional development.
- Collaborate across internal departments, including Legal, Product, and Marketing, to create profitable partnership structures and represent our brand at major industry conferences.
What you'll need
- 7-10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management, with at least 3 years in a management role at a high-growth marketplace, SaaS, or e-commerce company.
- A strong professional network and the ability to negotiate with senior stakeholders at top-tier brands in travel, tech, and finance.
- Deep expertise in affiliate marketing, contract negotiation, and relationship management, supported by a data-driven approach using tools like CRM and Looker.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills in English, and the willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
