We are looking for a visionary Head of Solution Marketing to join our leadership team and help us shape the future of our marketing strategy in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive solution marketing strategy, including messaging frameworks, asset roadmaps, and campaign planning.
- Create high-impact, solution-based content that effectively communicates our unique capabilities to customers, industry analysts, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage strategic collaborations with media outlets and key opinion leaders to elevate our brand presence.
- Oversee the end-to-end development of marketing campaigns across multiple formats, such as success stories, videos, and pitch decks.
- Design and track performance metrics to ensure marketing goals are met and continuously improved.
- Collaborate across our business units to ensure all communication assets are consistent, innovative, and client-focused.
Must-haves
- Over 10 years of professional experience in marketing, with a strong background in product marketing, content strategy, or ecommerce.
- Deep expertise in the technology sector and a clear understanding of the digital solutions required to solve complex client challenges.
- Proven ability to build and scale cross-functional marketing programs that align with business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills, with a track record of using data to measure performance and drive innovation.
- Experience in customer segmentation, profiling, and targeted messaging.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, matrixed organization.
Benefits
The expected base salary for this role is $200,000 to $250,000 for Tier One locations and $175,000 to $225,000 for Tier Two locations.
