What is this role?
We are searching for a Head of Social Media to join us in a full-time, senior-level capacity. This is a brand new position based in the United Kingdom that requires a hybrid work schedule. We need a leader who can balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution to elevate our organic growth and brand reputation on a global scale.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute a comprehensive organic social media strategy in partnership with our Marketing Director, ensuring every campaign aligns with our core business objectives.
- Lead the creation of innovative, engaging content that captures our audience's attention while maintaining a consistent and compelling brand narrative across all channels.
- Manage our social media presence proactively by monitoring trends, overseeing crisis communications, and fostering collaboration between our regional teams to ensure we remain at the forefront of the industry.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should be a seasoned professional with a deep background in digital marketing and social media storytelling. You are a data-driven decision maker who is comfortable using analytics to measure performance and optimize campaigns. We value candidates who possess strong organizational and project management skills, as well as the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy.
You must have excellent written and spoken English skills. If you have experience in influencer marketing, that is a significant advantage. Additionally, proficiency in German or Spanish would be a wonderful asset for our international reach.
