What you bring

We are looking for an executive-level Head of Product, VP of Product, or Chief Product Officer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. You will be a key leader in our organization, leveraging your expertise in Product Management, AI, Large Language Models, Leadership, and Data Analysis to drive our roadmap forward. Your work will be performed from anywhere, as we embrace a distributed workforce.

• Define and execute a comprehensive product vision that transitions Mursion into a scalable AI Upskilling Platform.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial ideation and data-driven requirements gathering to final rollout and performance analysis.
• Lead, mentor, and hire a high-performing product team while collaborating across departments like Engineering, Marketing, and Client Engagement to ensure cohesive, innovative solutions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a strategic, customer-obsessed leader with at least 10 years of experience in product management, including 5 years in a leadership role within an AI-centric, enterprise SaaS business that has scaled to over $50 million in annual recurring revenue. You must possess deep domain knowledge in computer science, learning science, or behavioral science, along with a proven ability to build products powered by Large Language Models. We value candidates who are excellent storytellers, analytical thinkers, and comfortable leading teams in a fast-paced, remote environment. Proficiency in English is required, and we encourage those with transferable skills from diverse backgrounds to apply, as we believe in raising the bar through unique perspectives.
