We are SearchStax, a cloud-native search platform that helps web teams deliver powerful, scalable search experiences quickly and cost-effectively. Our technology powers more than 600 enterprise customers worldwide, and we are expanding our go-to-market leadership for the Site Search product and the broader discovery optimization platform.
Responsibilities
- Own the positioning, messaging, and narrative for Site Search and the discovery platform, shaping how business value, AI capabilities, and ROI outcomes are communicated across the full customer journey.
- Lead go-to-market planning for new features and product launches while partnering closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, competitive battlecards, and ROI frameworks, and establish an analyst relations program that secures favorable market coverage.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of product marketing experience, including at least two years focused on B2B SaaS products, plus prior experience managing others.
- Proven ability to develop high-impact positioning and messaging that moves from business value through features and benefits, supported by customer research, win/loss analysis, and competitive intelligence.
- Strong understanding of complex enterprise buying environments, direct sales, performance-driven marketing, and partner channels, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills that translate technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
- Willingness to travel to Los Angeles for in-person working sessions and conferences, approximately 10–15 % of the time.

The base salary range for this role is $180,000–$200,000 plus bonus.
