Latency is the enemy of progress, and at Flatfile, we are on a mission to fix it. We are building an AI-powered data exchange platform that moves enterprise data from source to destination 100 times faster than existing solutions. We have moved past the product-market fit stage and are currently scaling rapidly to meet the massive demand for our technology. We are looking for a visionary Head of Product Marketing to join our lean, hungry team and help us define this emerging market.
Role at a glance
This is a senior-level, full-time position that can be performed remotely from anywhere. You will report directly to our VP of Product, Jon Bell, and play a pivotal role in shaping our product roadmap, positioning, and go-to-market strategy as we continue our high-growth trajectory.
Your impact
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with our broader company objectives for both product-led and sales-led expansion.
- Set the vision for product launches and partner closely with our Sales and Success teams to drive platform adoption and effective sales enablement.
- Lead cross-functional efforts across Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure our AI solutions reach their full potential and resonate with our global customer base.
What you'll need
- At least 7 years of experience in product marketing within a SaaS environment, specifically with high-growth mid-market or enterprise companies.
- Proven success in 0-1 product environments, including shaping strategy, testing in the market, and defining scalable go-to-market plans.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex market insights into clear messaging and product roadmaps.
- Excellent project management and communication skills to keep stakeholders aligned across the organization.
- A founder mentality, characterized by persistence, creativity, and an indomitable will to win.
- Fluency in English.
Perks and compensation
