Key outcomes

• Direct the go-to-market strategy for the Sui network by working closely with our product, marketing, community, and communications departments.
• Identify target segments and craft compelling value propositions, use cases, and product messaging to accelerate growth and adoption.
• Oversee the end-to-end coordination and execution of major product initiatives and launches.
• Shape the overarching Sui network narrative to increase awareness and engagement among builders and the broader blockchain industry.
• Analyze competitive developments and industry trends to identify emerging opportunities.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for key verticals such as DeFi, gaming, and commerce, while providing strategic influence on our product roadmap.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of professional experience in Product Management or Product Marketing.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience working within the blockchain or crypto industry.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex technical details into clear, thoughtful narratives.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present effectively.
• A talent for simplifying intricate concepts into accessible messaging and positioning.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong accountability.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management, organization, and team leadership.
• Experience in recruiting, mentoring, and managing high-performing product marketing teams.

Preferred qualifications

• Prior experience working in rapidly expanding industries or high-growth startup environments.
