We are looking for a Head of Product Design to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. At 360Learning, we empower organizations to upskill their workforce by transforming internal experts into growth champions. Our collaborative learning platform is used by 1,700 organizations to streamline onboarding and professional development. Since our founding in 2013, we have grown to over 400 team members across the US and EMEA, supported by $240 million in funding. In this senior leadership role, you will report directly to the VP of Product and oversee a talented team of eight designers, guiding them through the entire product development lifecycle from initial vision to final delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert coaching and mentorship to our product design team, helping them refine their skills in user research, prototyping, and visual design while ensuring they are equipped to solve complex problems.
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Product and Group Product Managers to maintain product excellence, ensuring every feature provides a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Lead strategic initiatives to standardize our design system, improve product responsiveness, and uphold high accessibility standards across our web and mobile platforms.
Requirements
- A proven track record of shipping high-quality, complex products on time and within budget, with end-to-end process ownership.
- Extensive experience managing, recruiting, and coaching product designers within a SaaS environment.
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to advocate for a UX-driven vision while working effectively with engineering and product management teams.
- Fluency in English, with B2 level proficiency or equivalent in French.
- A deep understanding of UX/UI design, prototyping, and stakeholder management.
