We are a 125-person EdTech scale-up whose intelligent platform serves schools in over 140 countries, replacing traditional textbooks with interactive lessons, AI-driven insights, and data that help both students and teachers succeed from international schools to US high schools.
The role
We are hiring a Head of Product Design to join us on a full-time, remote basis within Sweden. This senior leadership position calls for an experienced design leader who will shape how we build AI-first learning products at scale while staying hands-on with prototypes and experiments.
Core responsibilities
- Shape product vision and strategy alongside Product, Tech, and Pedagogy leaders so design drives decisions in the AI era.
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of senior product designers, setting high standards for craft, quality, and impact.
- Build scalable design practices and AI-enabled ways of working that raise team efficiency, speed, and product outcomes.
Skills and experience
We look for a product-first design leader who thinks beyond craft to identify high-impact opportunities and prioritize based on user and business value. You bring deep curiosity about AI and a drive to explore how it transforms both product development and design roles. An entrepreneurial mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and a hands-on approach to prototyping and experimentation are essential. Strong leadership skills that challenge and elevate a team while fostering collaboration complete the profile. Fluency in English is required.
Compensation and benefits
