As our Head of Product Design, you will play a pivotal role in modernizing how these professionals conduct financial research. You will lead our design strategy, ensuring our platform remains intuitive and powerful while collaborating with our product and engineering teams to integrate cutting-edge AI tools into our user experience.

What you'll be doing

• Define and articulate a clear product design vision that aligns with our broader business goals while mentoring a high-performing team of designers and researchers.
• Partner directly with C-level executives to embed design thinking into our strategic decision-making processes and drive innovation across our platform.
• Establish robust design standards and systems to ensure our product remains consistent, accessible, and efficient as we scale.

What you'll bring

We are looking for an experienced design leader who is comfortable working in a hybrid environment within the United States. You should be fluent in English and possess the following qualifications:

• Over 12 years of experience in digital product design, with a strong focus on strategic UX systems thinking.
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, specifically building and maturing design teams within a growth-stage company.
• A proven track record of leading complex B2B initiatives from concept through to successful launch and iteration.
• Deep proficiency in industry-standard tools including Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and at least one additional competency such as user research or visual design.
• Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to bridge the gap between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
