Our team spans eight countries across three continents, supporting a vibrant community of over 200 customers, including major financial institutions and fintech leaders. With the backing of top-tier investors like Y Combinator and Jump Capital, we are currently evolving from a crypto compliance leader into the global transaction authorization network for digital assets. We believe design is a core business strategy, and we are looking for a visionary leader to help us shape this transformation.

Role at a glance

We are seeking a Head of Product Design to join us in a full-time, remote capacity. This is an executive-level position for a candidate based in EMEA timezones who is ready to own the end-to-end user experience for our growing platform.

Your impact

• Define and execute a cohesive design vision that spans our entire customer lifecycle, from initial marketing touchpoints to complex network features and payment interfaces.
• Partner closely with our engineering and business leadership to translate intricate financial workflows and compliance requirements into intuitive, user-friendly solutions.
• Build, mentor, and lead a world-class design team while establishing scalable design systems and best practices that elevate our product culture.

What you'll need

We are looking for a strategic thinker who can balance the needs of diverse user personas while delivering high-impact results. You should have:

• At least 8 years of product design experience, ideally with a strong background in fintech or payments.
• Proven expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design, specifically regarding complex data visualization and workflow optimization.
• A track record of shipping scalable products and leading high-performing teams in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive while working remotely within EMEA timezones.
• Fluency in English.
