Role at a glance
This is a full-time, senior-level position based in New Zealand. As our Head of Performance Marketing, you will work in an on-site capacity at our Auckland office, collaborating closely with our leadership team to drive our digital presence and lead generation efforts.
Your impact
- Take full ownership of our digital marketing strategy, including paid and organic campaigns, website touchpoints, and the end-to-end customer journey.
- Drive scalable lead generation by identifying, scoping, and executing innovative tactics that deliver measurable results.
- Analyze campaign performance in partnership with Revenue Operations to optimize live initiatives and provide actionable insights that guide our growth.
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a high-growth startup or tech environment.
- A proven track record of scaling lead generation and delivering successful, end-to-end marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to gathering insights and optimizing performance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to generate or oversee compelling content.
- Experience working cross-functionally with brand, content, and design teams.
- Fluency in English.
