What you bring
As our Head of Performance Marketing, you will step into a senior leadership role to define and execute our global growth strategy. This full-time, on-site position in the Netherlands requires a strategic leader who can manage 360-degree performance channels while building a high-performing team from the ground up. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting and mentoring a talented marketing team to drive excellence and measurable results.
- Developing and executing comprehensive customer acquisition strategies to grow our subscriber base.
- Collaborating with our executive team to shape the long-term performance and demand generation roadmap.
Requirements
We are looking for a seasoned professional with over 7 years of operational marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. You should have a proven background in B2C subscription models and a deep understanding of digital channels like SEO, email, and affiliate marketing. Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics and Amplitude is essential, as is a strong grasp of marketing analytics and budget management. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who communicates effectively across all levels of the organization, maintains a positive attitude, and thrives in an environment that values experimentation and adaptability. Fluency in English is required for this role.
