Role at a glance
We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is an executive-level position perfect for a strategic leader who is ready to build and scale a world-class marketing organization from the ground up. You will work from anywhere, helping us position Lithic as the premier platform for card issuing and processing.
Your impact
- You will orchestrate our entire go-to-market strategy, including segmentation, targeting, and messaging, while building a high-velocity lead generation engine to drive pipeline growth.
- You will act as the voice of the company, translating our complex technical capabilities into simple, compelling narratives that resonate with our customers and differentiate us in the market.
- You will lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of data-informed decision-making and close collaboration with our sales, product, and engineering departments.
What you'll need
The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader with a passion for fintech and a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. You should possess the following qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with specific expertise in product marketing and a strong background in complex software infrastructure or fintech.
- At least 5 years of management experience within high-growth companies, specifically those in the Series A to C stages.
- A demonstrated track record of building and evolving marketing functions, including successful product launches and the development of sales enablement programs.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate marketing goals and performance metrics clearly to executive leadership and the broader company.
- Fluency in English and a collaborative spirit that drives you to roll up your sleeves and work closely with cross-functional partners.
Perks and compensation
