We are thrilled to welcome you to Concord, the leading contract management platform for small and medium-sized businesses. With 47 million dollars in funding, we are transforming how thousands of organizations, including notable names like Discord, Warby Parker, and Glossier, handle their agreements. Our platform simplifies the entire contract lifecycle, from initial drafting and internal approvals to final execution and deadline management. As we operate in one of the fastest-growing software sectors, we are looking for a visionary leader to join our team in the United States and help us capture the massive market of companies still managing their contracts manually. We pride ourselves on a culture built on passion, humility, and integrity, and we are excited to see how you will help us grow.
What you'll be doing
- You will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy designed to accelerate our growth within the SMB and mid-market segments.
- You will build and lead a high-performing marketing team, mentoring talent while fostering a culture of innovation and cross-functional collaboration.
- You will oversee the creation and implementation of multi-channel demand generation programs, including digital, content, email, and event marketing, to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this executive role, you should possess a deep understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape and a hands-on approach to leadership. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, specifically targeting SMB and mid-market customers.
- A proven history of success in demand generation, brand development, and managing teams within high-growth environments.
- Experience working in an international setting, as our team spans both the United States and France.
- Expertise across the full marketing spectrum, including digital, content, email, and event strategies.
- A data-driven mindset that allows you to analyze campaign performance and optimize results effectively.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work seamlessly with sales, product, and customer success teams.
- Fluency in English.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with an MBA considered a plus.
What you'll get
Joining our leadership team means becoming part of an agile, transparent, and supportive organization. Here is what you can expect from us:
- A work environment that values and rewards high-quality output and hard work.
- An agile organizational structure where you have the autonomy to act quickly and make a tangible impact.
- Full transparency regarding our business strategy, HR updates, and product roadmap.
- A welcoming atmosphere defined by kindness, mutual aid, and a positive team spirit.
