We are searching for a visionary Head of Marketing to join our team in a full-time capacity. At Trengo, we are building an AI-powered customer engagement platform that helps teams manage communication across email, social media, and messaging apps within a single shared inbox. We are backed by $36 million in Series A funding from partners like Insight Partners and Peak Capital, and as one of the few official WhatsApp Business Solutions Providers in the Netherlands, we are dedicated to replacing repetitive tasks with meaningful customer conversations. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to accelerate our growth, improve brand recognition, and boost product adoption.
- Oversee demand generation efforts by utilizing inbound marketing, SEO, and email campaigns while collaborating with sales to refine lead conversion.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to our team of seven marketing professionals to ensure we meet our business objectives and key results.
Requirements
- Possess 8 to 10 years of professional marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership position within a B2B SaaS or startup environment.
- Demonstrate a data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and pivot strategies quickly based on market conditions.
- Showcase strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly in working with product, sales, and customer success departments.
- Maintain proficiency in modern marketing tools and a willingness to leverage generative AI to enhance team productivity.
- Bring international experience, with a specific focus on European markets.
