Aposto is an independent media and technology firm operating out of Istanbul and New York. We focus on developing next-generation digital media brands and community-driven ventures that capture the spirit of our time, and we are looking for a Head of Marketing to help us shape the future of our information landscape.
Responsibilities
- Lead our marketing strategy by blending modern communication techniques with the principles of journalism.
- Balance performance-driven tactics with creative storytelling to build our brand presence.
- Integrate consumer insights with practical common sense to drive engagement.
- Apply analytical thinking to evaluate our digital footprint and improve our connection with our audience.
- Collaborate with our team to define and evolve what modern marketing means in a fast-paced digital environment.
Must-haves
- Extensive executive-level experience in marketing and communication.
- A strong background in journalism or content-led strategy.
- Proven ability to manage performance marketing while maintaining creative integrity.
- Deep proficiency in using consumer insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically about complex media landscapes.
- Fluency in English.
