Head of Marketing at Beauhurst

Having built a profitable, high-growth business with a team of over 120 people, we are now looking for a brilliant new leader to help us scale. Our mission is to become the go-to global data company for organizations that need to discover and engage with the most ambitious, high-growth businesses. We track every company in the UK, providing vital insights to major banks, venture capital firms, and government bodies. As we look to the future, we need a Head of Marketing who is ready to shake things up and help us reach our next level of success.

What you'll be doing

• Driving pipeline growth: You will lead our marketing efforts by working closely with sales and account management teams to execute data-driven strategies that generate a strong, sustainable sales-qualified pipeline.
• Leading product marketing: You will take ownership of our four distinct products, ensuring they are positioned clearly and compellingly in the market to differentiate us from the competition.
• Mentoring and strategy: You will act as the architect of our overarching marketing strategy while managing, coaching, and growing a talented team of marketers to ensure everyone performs at their best.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience running a successful B2B marketing team within a high-growth company.
• A strong background in demand generation, lead generation, and brand awareness.
• The ability to use data analysis to refine marketing funnels and drive revenue.
• Expertise in product marketing and strategic planning.
• Exceptional communication skills and a passion for team management.
• Fluency in English.
