Head of Marketing at Inbank

Inbank is a financial technology company with an EU banking license offering embedded finance solutions to 6,000+ retailers. We help our merchant partners to grow their businesses, while end customers benefit from a frictionless shopping experience wherever they are. With a focus on innovation 
and growth, we are looking for talented people to join our team of 440+ working across our offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic.

This is a new, dedicated position created to oversee all marketing efforts for our Latvian business lines: B2C, B2B, and B2B2C. We are looking for a strategic leader with a hands-on approach who can both develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy. You will lead a small local team and work closely with group marketing to drive business growth and brand awareness in the Latvian market.

What you'll be doing:

• Build and execute Inbank Latvia's marketing strategy, based on business goals and customer needs.
• Drive brand awareness, campaign effectiveness, and customer acquisition across digital and traditional channels.
• Plan and manage marketing activities and budget, setting clear priorities and measurable KPIs.
• Own marketing performance – track campaigns, analyze data, optimize SEO and continuously improve results.
• Be hands-on in execution – plan and coordinate tasks, engage freelancers and agencies when needed, but also step in directly to deliver fast results.
• Collaborate effectively with Inbank group marketing teams to align activities and leverage group-wide expertise.

Ideally, you would have:

• 3 to 5 years of proven marketing background, including leadership or team coordination.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and performance management,
  with a focus on using data to drive decisions and demonstrate ROI.
• A results-driven mindset – able to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
• Ability to manage budgets and external partners when needed (freelancers, agencies).
• Being comfortable working in a dynamic environment where a broad, hands-on approach is required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively.
• Excellent command of Latvian and English.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or technology is preferred, but a strong commercial mindset is most important.
