The opportunity

We are searching for a Head of Marketing to join our Latvian operations. This is a brand new, dedicated role designed to oversee our B2C, B2B, and B2B2C business lines. You will serve as a strategic leader who is not afraid to get hands-on with the daily work. By leading our local team and collaborating closely with our group marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand presence and driving sustainable business growth throughout Latvia.

A day in the life

• You will design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our specific business goals and the needs of our local customers.
• You will take full ownership of our marketing performance by tracking campaign data, optimizing our SEO efforts, and ensuring we hit our key performance indicators.
• You will manage our marketing budget and coordinate with external partners, such as agencies or freelancers, while also jumping into the execution phase yourself to ensure we deliver results quickly.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, including time spent in a leadership or team coordination capacity. We value a results-driven mindset and a strong ability to use data to inform your decisions. Because we operate in a fast-paced environment, you should be comfortable balancing high-level strategy with practical, day-to-day tasks. You are an expert in digital marketing, analytics, and performance management. Furthermore, you possess excellent communication skills and are fluent in both English and Latvian. While experience in the fintech or financial services sector is a significant plus, your commercial mindset is what matters most to us.
